Frequently Asked Questions

How do I make an appointment?

Flash - these are my own designs, and most of the designs you see on my Instagram are flash (definitely check the flash page for all available designs). I also have customizable fonts for wording/number tattoos (most popular appointment type)

Custom (Non-Flash) - your own design or inspo you’ve found online, anything else that’s not on my flash page

Flash books are always open! Customs I take sparingly and you can request those through the “custom tattoo request” page.

Read through the page of whatever you’re booking to make sure you know how it all works!

If I book a flash appointment, can I change it to a custom tattoo later?

Unfortunately no, customs have to be approved through the form. So when you book a flash appointment, you can only pick a flash design. If you decide to change your flash you picked later, that’s totally fine as long as it’s one of the designs from the flash page!

Do you only do tiny tattoos?

Yes! I only do tattoos 2 inches and below.

Are there placements you don’t do?

I don’t do ribs (under boob, side, and middle of back), sternum, inside of mouth, feet, fingers, and palm side of hands.

Who can’t get a tattoo?

Pregnant or breast feeding women and anyone under the age of 18. I don’t tattoo minors even with parental consent. You must be 18 on the day of your appointment!

What does the longevity of fineline tattoos look like?

Any and all tattoos can fade over time. Although, fineline tattoos are still very much permanent. With any kind of tattoo, fineline or traditional, ink can spread in the skin over years and lines can become less sharp. If this a concern for you, I would avoid going as small or doing less detail in your tattoo. Also, fineline does not disappear over time.

Do all fineline tattoos need touch ups?

Not all fineline tattoos require touch ups, but fineline is definitely more common to need them once the tattoo has healed. Less ink is being deposited in the skin, therefore it’s more common for some areas to lighten up more than others while the skin tries to remove the ink during healing. There are lots of reasons a fineline tattoo would need a touch up including aftercare, certain skin types, sun exposure, etc. Certain placements can also be more prone to needing a touch up like hands, wrist, or ankles. Typically you will know if your tattoo will need a touch up within a few weeks of getting it, and touching it up can help to even it out or darken it, depending on what’s needed.

Can I bring a friend to my appointment?

Yes! But please limit it to only 1 person. And no children are allowed to accompany you.

Do you take card and cash?

Yes to both!

Do you do colored ink?

Black, grey/diluted ink, and red ink only!

When will I see my design drawn up?

I text all clients 1 day before their appointment to go over/make adjustments if needed to their design! All adjustments to the design must be finalized the day before the appointment, I unfortunately cannot make changes day of the appointment. Doing it this way ensures all clients get to see their design before coming in!

How do I prepare for my appointment?

Make sure you eat and are hydrated. Keep your skin moisturized as this helps the skin to absorb ink better. Please do not drink alcohol before your appointment, and avoid blood thinners 24 hours before. I also cannot tattoo over sunburn! Make sure you wear clothing where there is easy access to the area being tattoo and something loose that won’t be tugging or pulling on the skin.
